Reface vs New cabinets

Our clients often as us to reface their existing cabinets.  The idea is that cabinet boxes are all the same, so just make the outside look better.  It's important to know that all cabinets are not made the same. 

Particle board cheap, budget construction, and poor manufacturing are common place in production cabinets.  By the time you upgrade hardware, doors, and trim you might as well start from scratch and get what you really want, a quality piece of custom furniture.
